How do I sign up for an appointment to visit the library?
We're using the online sign up site Sign Up Genius to track appointments. You can sign yourself up HERE or give us a call and we'll sign you up. Be sure to check out our BLOG POST about how to use Sign Up Genius.
Will curbside service continue to be offered?
Yes! Not only will curbside service continue to be offered, our curbside hours will be expanding to match our library hours. That means you can stop by to pick up your materials in front of the library anytime we are open rather than just specific days and hours.
Where do I pick up my interlibrary loan materials?
Interlibrary loan materials will be available for pickup in front of the library as part of our curbside service.
Can I return materials to the library?
Yes, the book drop is open and you are welcome to return items. NOTE: Returned items must be quarantined for up to a week before we can handle them and check them in. That means there will be a delay in items being removed from your account once you return them to the library.
Can I drop off donations?
Not at this time. We do not have the space to quarantine donations in addition to our library materials. Please do not leave donations outside the library or in our return box.
How can I access the library's WiFi?
If you need internet access, WiFi is available in the library parking lot 24/7.
To access our WiFi, simply select the "Berwick Public Library" network from your device's WiFi settings, then hit "connect and agree" on the landing page that pops up. If the landing page does not automatically appear, open your browser and go to aplogin.com to finish connecting.
How do I use Cloud Library to borrow e-books and audiobooks?
The downloadable library is available HERE for anyone with an active library card. If your card has expired, give us a call and we will get it sorted out for you. Be sure to visit our COVID-19 resources page for a Cloud Library tutorial and a list of other digital collections that are available.
