Are your assets in line to apply for MaineCare Long Term Care? Darcia Tremblay, president and owner of Silver Lining Solutions, came to the library in April to discuss the ins and outs of the application process and provide answers to frequently asked questions.
Darcia opened Silver Lining Solutions in 2016, processing long term care Medicaid applications for residents in nursing homes and seniors living in Massachusetts, Maine, and throughout New England. The MaineCare application has a 5-year look back of all income, assets, and opened and closed bank accounts. The Silver Lining Solutions team gathers all of the documentation together and become the liaison between the families, the nursing homes, and the office of Medicaid.
Recently, Darcia was honored by the North Shore (MA) Chamber of Commerce as one of five 2022 Diamond Awards for local women in business, leadership, and influence. She was awarded regarding her commitment and passion for leading with purpose, empowering women, serving others, and making an impact in the community professionally and personally.
