Building Hope: Ending Homelessness in Maine

In November, the library held a screening of the film "Building Hope: Ending Homelessness in Maine" followed by a panel discussion and audience Q&A. Moderated by Veronica Ulery (LICSW MLADC specializing in substance abuse/addictions), the special guest panelists included Senator Joe Rafferty, Ron Robert (Ryan House Project board member), Wendy Anders (Senior Director of Community based Services for Sweetser); Noël Bonam (Maine Housing Board of Commissioners/Maine State Director of AARP), and Meredith Anderson (Community Outreach Director for Southern Maine Agency on Aging).
