Chef and author Kathy Gunst visited the library to talk about her book Notes from a Maine Kitchen, which has been the inspiration for the library's monthly spice kit program. Kathy read several excerpts from her cookbooks, shared stories, and ended her presentation with a demonstration of how to make chive oil.
