Maine Bumper Sticker Art Contest
As part of our Adventure Across America summer reading program, we created weekly color-in bumper stickers to represent the different parts of the country we were virtually visiting. For our final week of the program, we held a bumper sticker art contest themed around our return home to Maine. Check out our winning bumper sticker design below!
The winning bumper sticker was designed by William Ray (yellow shirt) and features lots of Maine-inspired elements. Our staff members loved how many little details there are to find!
We've been coloring in the weekly bumper stickers and adding them to the cardboard RV in our summer reading section of the library. You can see our staff member Sara's color version of William's bumper sticker below.
You can color in your own copy of William's bumper sticker! Bumper stickers are available at the library throughout the last week of our summer reading program (August 7th to 14th).
Thank you to everyone who took part in this year's art contest! Take a look at all the amazing entries we received! Just click on any of the images below and a larger gallery will open that you can scroll through.
