Congratulations to our Maine bumper sticker winner William Ray!

We've made it back to Maine! We've had a blast exploring the country on our virtual road trip, but there's no place like home!

One of the many things Maine is known for is blueberries. For our final craft, we're wet felting blueberries. Pick your materials up at the library then check out our Craft blog post on the left to watch video directions for wet felting.

Our STEM challenge this week is also blueberry-related. Did you know you can use blueberries to make a homemade pH test? Stop by the library to try it out or check out our STEM Challenge blog post for directions.

How much do you know about Maine? Join us at the library on Tuesday, August 10th at 10:30am for a fun and interactive presentation with Tim Caverly called "So You Think You Know Maine" and put your knowledge to the test! This presentation is for both kids and their adults!

That's a wrap!

Our Adventure Across America comes to an end on Saturday, August 14th. Don't forget to turn in your tracker form and prize sheet to the library by 3pm on the 14th in order to be part of our prize drawing!

 

We'll be holding a wrap party and announcing our prize winners on Friday, August 20th.
